Kay Lyn Carlson, LMSW

President

LMSW has specialized training on reproductive loss. She has counseled, designed, and implemented educational materials for professionals working with individuals and families. She is currently a division leader for the American Association of Christian Counselors.

 

Further, she has developed and organized continuing education conferences and provided presentations addressing, assessing, and implementing treatment strategies pertaining to reproductive loss. She has published book chapters, and based on her reputation, she has been invited to speak for the United Nations on several occasions. Mrs. Carlson has also assumed an advisor role to various organizations.  

    Priscilla Coleman, PHD

    Director of Research

    Priscilla is a developmental psychologist and retired Professor of Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS) at Bowling Green State University (BGSU). She has published over 60 peer-reviewed journal articles, the majority of which relate to reproductive loss.

     

    She has been invited to share her research and analysis of peer-reviewed studies conducted by others in numerous countries (Australia, Canada, Chili, Ecuador, England, Germany, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, and Scotland) to wide-ranging audiences, most notably in Parliament Houses as medical and government personnel evaluated current and/or future laws regulating abortion.

     

    For example, she has given invited presentations in parliament houses in Great Britain, Northern Ireland, New South Wales, and Queensland, and she has testified before state legislative bodies and before a U.S. congressional committee. She often serves as an expert witness in U.S. civil cases involving abortion.

      Yolanda Cano, B.S. Liberal Studies

      Administrative Assistant

      Yolanda has 35 years of experience assuming various roles in a large University setting. She was specifically employed as an Admissions and Immigration Student Services Counselor within the Center for International Programs, as the lead Administrative Assistant in the Department of Human Services, and as a Clerical Specialist for Facility Services and for the Vice President of Operations, among other roles.

       

      Ms. Cano has gained valuable expertise with budgets, clerical support, scheduling, event planning, coordination of community volunteer activities, student advising, and oversight of student interns.

       

      In 2008, her exemplary service to international students was recognized with the Outstanding Service Awarded by the World Student Association at Bowling Green State University.

        Jill Kildow, MA

        Operations Manager

        ​

        Jill works in the organization development space to align strategy, culture, and leadership in order to build and scale capacity and capability. For over 15 years, Jill has brought to fruition organizational initiatives that have served to transform teams and their ability to lead organizational change. She has coached hundreds of employees -- individually and in groups -- from individual contributors to senior level leaders. Jill has a Master's Degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and has been certified in the use of many assessment tools.
